| Job Duties: | Directs communication of information designed to keep guests informed of resort programs, activities, and tour options. Serves as liaison between hotel and non-English speaking guest by serving as a translator of all tours and activities sponsored by the resort. Handles complaints and incidents. Arranges optional tours that would best suit guests vacation needs; Collects payment for purchased optional tours, prepares sales reports to be submitted. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | This position may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Preferably speak, read, and write Japanese/Korean. Previous experience within the hotel and tourism industry preferred.
