| Job Duties: | Assists in the planning, design, construction and administrative activities associated with construction. Conducts field surveys and engineering investigations. Represents the Client in administration, inspection, and approval of construction contracts. Inspects construction performed by contractors. Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. Ensures as-built information is recorded accurately and measures quantities for payment. Drafts engineering feasibility reports, technical drawings, technical specifications, and project status reports. Develops and maintains files containing complete documentation of all project actions from initial development through project completion, including financial reports. Develops and maintains computer files including ACAD, MS Word and other engineering applications. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: A minimum of four(4)years of fundamental engineering experience in surveying, design, computer applications, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction management and inspection is required. Knowledge of construction safety standards and safety practices is required.
