| Job Duties: | Assist in the planning, design, construction and administrative activities associated with construction. Conducts field surveys and engineering investigations. Represents the Client in administration, inspection and approval of construction contracts. Inspects construction performed by contractors. Drafts engineering feasibility reports, technical drawings, technical specifications, and project status reports. Develops and maintains files containing complete documentation of all project actions from initial development through project completion, including financial reports. Develops and maintains computer files including ACAD, MS Word and other engineering applications. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: (2) years of fundamental engineering experience in surveying, design, computer applications, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction safety standards and safety practices is required. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
