| Job Duties: | Check the quality of raw & cooke food products to ensure that standards are met. Monitor Sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Supervise & coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in the food preparation. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food & ingredients. Order or requisition food & other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation. Collaborate w/ other personel to plan & develop recipes & menus, taking factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: High school graduate or equivalent. Can communicate well, oral and written. With experience for at least 2years.
