| Job Duties: | The incumbent performs duties and responsibilities to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate daily business operation submitted to and approved by the President. Direct and coordinates activities of organization to obtain efficiency and economy operation and maximized profits, direct major policies and program. Plans develop and implements through subordinates and administrative personnel organizational policies and goals. Computer literate and have knowledge of several Microsoft programs. Must be fluent in English and Japanese language and have effective communication skill. Knowledgeable in many aspects of business organization, have background of accounting enough to interpret financial statement, sufficient knowledge of required taxes in the CNMI. Must be flexible and have extensive knowledge in the present line of business of the Company. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College Graduate. Fluent in English and Japanese language preferred for effective communication. Computer literate. Must be flexible and have extensive knowledge in the restaurant line of business.
