| Job Duties: | JOB DESCRIPTION: To achieve the company’s business objectives in demand generating and trade sales activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 1.Plans and implements activities related to demand creation and sales. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all customers and effectively implements the Business Building Process. Implements product focus and matrix for various customers. Ensures product starter stocking and display. Conducts product detailing to consumers, customers and institution. 2.Implements activities related to sales generation from accounts. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all trade outlets, pharmacies and clinics implementing Business Building Process. Ensures distribution of core products in all trade outlets and pharmacy. Conducts inventory Management to ensure product availability. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Ensures sales objective achievement on accounts. Monitors order processing and delivery to ensure over-all customer satisfaction. Coordinates with warehouse on matters such as stock availability. 3.Implements activities to establish professional business partnership with customers. Implements activities that establishes and sustains business franchise. 4. Must be familiar with OTC Medicines, Health & Beauty Aid Products and other Medical Supply. 5. May assist in the delivery and merchandising as assigned. 6. Other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: Preferably College Graduate of Associate in Computer Science course or it's equivalent. Experience: At least 2 years solid experience in sales. Good working knowledge in the areas of Consumer and/or Pharmaceutical sales. Special Skills: Effective communication and human relations skills are important in dealing with various internal and external parties. SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective communication and human relations skills are important in dealing with various internal and external parties. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS: Should have basic computer skills and be able to effectively use the company’s inventory and order entry software, word processing software, internet software, and spreadsheet software. LATITUDE: Decisions and judgment will be both individual and consultative. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A valid driver's license and police clearance are required.
