| Job Duties: | Provide technical support to customers & workers in information processing departments. Develops work goals and department projects such as converting to new hardware or software. Ensure goals are met and that program is compatible with other program already in use. Evaluates work load and capacity of computer system to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing computer operations. Makes recommendation for improvement of computer system. Ensure that program and hardware follows establishment standard. Evaluates & tests vendor-supplied hardware & software packages for mainframe computer or microcomputers to determine compatibility with existing system, ease of use, and if software meets user needs. Test computer system to determine criticality of component loss. Prioritizes importance of components and writes recommendations for recovering losses of datas. Train customers in use of computer & software. Must know how to fixed and repair all kinds of printers, monitors, computer hardware & parts. Should be able set-up networking and do network cabling. Must know how to set-up, trouble shoot & and support Realworld System, Synchronic Counter Point of Sale, Peachtree accounting & Quickbooks accounting & Point of Sale System. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be college graduate of Computer Technical Course. Must have a minimum two years experience as computer technician based on the Job duties. With CNMI valid Driver's license & Police Clearance O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
