Job Duties: Project Contract Administration and Management Services for Budget Analysis of different project Funding Source, Reconciliation of project budget. Analysis of project cost estimate. Prepare and review project's funds, monthly cash draw down. Prepare cash flow chart. Prepare monthly payment application, project progress billing, and budget reprogramming as per necessary of project budget and its contract and expenditure and obligations. Maintain current project funding status report. Maintain current log of payments made and amounts. Assist and prepare monthly balance sheet. Profit and loss for company's income statements. Project assigned will be not only limited to architectural and engineering design projects funded but some other ARRA Grant Projects.
