| Job Duties: | Performs combination of the following duties on construction projects: mixing cement and quarry products to produce fresh concrete as per project design specs. both manual or using portable mixer; laying concrete hollow blocks of all sizes; laying artificial stone bricks and the likes; applying concrete plaster on various walls and surfaces or, prepare textured-concrete on horizontal, vertical, and suspended surfaces. Level freshly poured concrete on floors and decks using a variety of hand and power tools. Must be familiar with the temperatures effect on concrete curing. Will do manual digging, trenching, earth levelling, and grading when required using pick, shovel, and trowel. Dismantle concrete forms and demolish concrete structures to be rehabilitated or modified. Must be to able set ceramic tiles and other related stone-finishing products like marble slabs, granite etc. Perform other duties as needed and required. |
