| Job Duties: | Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company. Analyzes, updates and verifies daily and monthly income and expenditures; Process purchase and inventory costing; general ledger accounts, audits contracts; Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual taxes. Reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to sellementry; may advice and implement manual performing of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Audit books of accounts. Able to make receivable billings and follow-up collections. Calculate accurately and prepare employee payroll checks and vendor payments. File all administrative/accounting documents on a daily basis. Performs other related duties as assigned. |
