| Job Duties: | Chief Representative in the CNMI for the head office in Seoul Korea. Oversees the corporate assets in the CNMI and acts as a personal representative of the chairman and the board of directors of the head corporate offices. Reports directly to the chairman and the board of directors regarding ongoing business activities in the CNMI. Directs administration of the hotel. Coordinates security, recreational and rehabilitationprograms. Direct operation & maintenance of facilities such as laundry, cafeteria, building nad ground. Directs recuitment and training staffs. Confers with staff and formulate and institute policies and regulations. Compiles and analyze expenditures, prepare reports for officials. Prepare budget and monitor expenditures. Perform other related managerial duties and responsibilities as maybe require. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be a college graduate with five(5) years experience as a high level corporate executive specializing in real estate, construction,hotel, and asset preservation. Korean speakers preferred. O-Net: Title Job Zone Five: Extensive Preparation Needed Overall Experience Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations.
