| Job Duties: | Manages tour service agency. Coordinates local & foreign tourists, bus & hotel operators, airline companies & overseas Japanese tour agents. Japanese language ability required. Coordinates policies and sales in accordance with policies, procedures, and principles established by Japan office. Plans work schedules for employees. Trains employees in advising customers on tour services, planning customer and tour itineraries, ticketing and booking functions, and in calculating costs for places. Sells tickets, packeged and specialized tours and advices customers. Reviews employee sales activiites to ensure cost caculations, bookings, and transporation schedules meet regulations and guidelines. Reconciles sales slips and cash daily. Coordinates sales promotion activiites, approves advertising and tour display work. Keeps employee records. Hires, disciplines and discharge employees. Responsible for planning company policies with regards to employees. Plans and recommends budget to higher officers of the company. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College graduate. Must have proficiency in Japanese language (both oral & written critical preferred). At least 2 years experience as General Manager in the tour industry. Knowledge in computer and word processor required.
