| Job Duties: | Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls. Plans and direct production activities and establishes priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factor. Develop and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. In the absence of the accountant, take charge of bookkeeping for accounts payable, receivables, cut checks for employees payroll, appraisers fees, vendors, do banking for collections, update cash ledgers and issue receipts for payment received. Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or expereince is needed for these occupations. For example, an accountant must complete four years of college and work several years in accounting to be considered qualified.
