Job Duties: Will report to the General Manager on a regular basis status of the business, assist the General Manager in planning, organizing and implementing strategic measures to promote development of the photo service of the Company. Will be assigned in managing photo business, Must be highly familiar with photography and all works related to photo service business. Must be knowledgeable in using photographic technology and techniques. Will accept client only by appointment for photo shoot service on special occasion like weeding, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Consult with clients and study assignments to determine project goals, locations and equipment needs. Focus on improving the sales income of the company by developing and implementing cost effective programs that would increase revenues and productivity ; develop sales plans. Must be computer literate and willing to work on a flexible schedule depending on the availability of client and date of occasion. Other related duties as assigned. * Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. * Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. * Hire, train, and evaluate personnel. * Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. * Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing specific services, such as pumping gasoline for customers. * Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. * Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties. * Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments. * Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. * Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
