Job Duties: Measures & mixes ingredients according to recipe, using variety of kitchen utensils & equipments, such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers & tenderizers to prepare soups, salads, gravies desserts, sauces and casseroles. Bakes, roasts, broils & steam meats, or cooking according to personal judgment & experience. Observes & determine foods being cooked by tasting, smelling & piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked.
