Job Duties: | 1. Provide support to company principal and participate in management level discussions, client meetings, negotiations, and scope development. 2. Assume project management responsibilities for multiple projects, manage project resources, track progress, maintain contemporaenous written records of project matters and advise management of key issues and provide recommendations in support of management decision. 3. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and improvements and/or repair works to engineering personnel 4. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitations standards. 5.Estimate quantities and cost of materials,equipment, labor to determine project feasibility. 6. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, material stress factors to determine design specifications. 7. Plan and design transportation or hydraulics systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using software and drawing tools. 8. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blue prints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. 9.Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions and easements. 10. Coordinate or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructions. |

Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is a must. Must have 4 or more years of experience with at least years of experience dealing with design or construction management of transportation projects compliant with Federal Highway (AASHTO,FHWA) standards O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations.
