Job Duties: 1. Provide support to company principal and participate in management level discussions, client meetings, negotiations,and scope development. 2. Assume project management responsibilities for multiple projects, manage project resources, track progress, maintain contemporaenous written records of project matters and advisemanagement of key issues and provide recommendations in support of management decision. 3. Assists management with review, coordination, and preparation of proposals and statement of qualifications. 4.Provide technical advice regarding design,construction, or program modifications and infrastructure improvements and/or repair works to engineering personnel 5. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. 6. Estimates quantities and cost of material, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. 7. Compute load and grade requirements, water flows rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications. 8. Plan and design transportation, hydraulic systems, and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools. 9. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects. 10. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions and easements. 11. Coordinate or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructions. 12. Inspect facilities and programs to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. 13. Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports. 14. Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: 4 years or more experience preferred.Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with familiarity with GIS, Hydraulics, Hydrology, Stormwater, and CADD softwares as well as experience in dealing with local and federal regulatory compliance is a must.
