Job Duties: | 1. Assist with managing and directing staff members and construction, operation, or maintenance activities at project site. 2. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural improvements, repairs, or retrofit to engineering personnel. 3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. 4. Assist management with review, coordination, and preparation of proposals and statement of qualifications. 5. Estimates quantities and cost of material, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. 6. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geological date to plan projects. 7. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposal, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions and easements. 8. Coordinate or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructions. 9. Prepares structural designs and AutoCADD/Revit drawings of different industrial buildings. Prepare structural calculations and specifications using IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, IBC,NDS, ASD, AISC and other applicable codes and standards to attain earthquake and wind resistant buildings and structures. |

Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: 4 or more years experience, Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, familiarity in AutoCADD 2010, AutoDesk Revita Stard, PRO 2007, RISA-3D, SAFE, ETABS is a must O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations.
