Job Duties: Direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in general accounting or apply principles of accounting to devise and implement system for general accounting. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and know-how application of the company's Accounting software, such as SAP-R/3 FICO System, and Accounts receivable software. Prepare profit and loss statements for specified accounting period. Audit contracts to prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Prepare financial and other reports required by laws, regulations, and boards of directors. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advise. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments. Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems. Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Discuss job performance problems with employees in order to identify causes and issues, and to work on resolving problems. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations, and recommend appropriate personnel action. Recruit, interview, and select employees. Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Qualification Requirements: Require a four-year bachelor's degree major in Accounting, preferably a CPA. A minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. A. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge in Microsoft Office and know-how application of the company's Accounting software, such as SAP-R/3 FICO System, and Accounts receivable software. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. B. SKILLS: Teaching others how to do something. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. C. ABILITIES: The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
