| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must have 4 years experience. Must be able to speak different dialects. Must be able to work flexible hours even night shift. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality and interests, learning and motivation, psychological research methods and the assessment and treatment of effective behavioral. Knowledge of arithmetic and statistics and their applications.
