Job Duties: Supervise and conduct implementation and compliance throughout MOMAR Bulk Plants to achieve flawless execution of the corporate mission by management systems (OIMS, SMC, CIMS, and FPQMS), policies (SHE, SOBC and ADU), guidelines (DOAG, VSMG & PSMG), manuals and standards, and primary tools. Supervise and execute the operational and administrative activities of the coastal bulk plant. Assist in the coordination of Engineering capital projects, major maintenance, repair and environment projects. Assist in the coordination with supply section distribution of petroleum products. Recommend operations CAPEX, OPEX, special projects, strategies and business plan. Ensure accountability and quality assurance of the inventory, equipment and facility assets. Comply with Federal and Local Government regulatory requirements. Insure effective coordination with other departments to exceute business strategies and requirements. Insure Depot Fleet Management and Delivery schedules to insure timely deliviries and safety compliance. Shore Officer in Charge of tanker discharge operations. Review and approve invoices. Update new price change reports and new customer change report. Review product change report and send confirmation to Head Office. Assist investigations of abnormal variations. Monitor and review equipment PCM calibration schedule and performance to comply with PCM requirements. WCP lead role, inspects work site, insures safety and issues Safe Work Permits to the contractor. Accountable as Depot custodian, submits monthly accountable reports to North Complex Manager.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: College degree holder with four years practical experience in petroleum industry. Must have knowledge of EM management systems, procedure and policies as stated in the job duties. Must have skills in the supervision of the organization's personnel. Must have experience and know how in inland and marine operations, storage, handling and distribution standards/procedures. Must have knowledge in supervision of cost effective Maintenance and Repair of facility assets and equipment. Must possess skills and familiarity of the corporate product and materials inventory and accounting controls and procedures. Must have knowledge in the maintenance and repair of motor equipment fleet vehicles. Must possess basic technical knowledge of product quality parameters and testing requirements. Must have competencies in maintenance and repair of the facility. Must be aware of legal and government regulatory compliance requirements.
