Job Duties: Applies accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports: complies and analyzes financial information entered to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Analyzes and prepares monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other monthly reports to detail and explain variances between current and projected company finacial position and results of operation, using Peachtree Accouting and Microsoft Excel utilizing features such as lookup tables. Prepares quarterly audit schedules, such as aged receivables, aged payables, sales type lease schedule, billing/collection schedule,intercompany schedule, analytical narrative to explain quarterly and annual differences between period financial statements per general ledger account and more and respond to audit inquiries. Handles payroll using Peachtree: updating annual tax tables, entering employee's time and job cost data, printing paychecks, payroll registers, withholding tax payments, quarterly forms such as IRS 941 and CNMI Employers' Quarterly Withholding Tax Return, annual forms such as W2-CM, 1120-CM, W3-SS, Annual Reconciliation of Taxes Withheld and magnetic filing thereof. Reviews monthly inventory report, supervises annual physical inventory count and conducts interim spot sample count on random inventory items.Audits contracts, orders and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. May establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. May devise and implement manual and computer based system for general accounting. May direct and coordinate on activities performing bookkeeping and other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must have extensive knowledge of accepted accounting principles and practices; with 4 years degree: equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree with major in accounting, business administration or Bachelor Degree in Commerce or closely related with this field . Must have six or more years of professional accounting experience or equivalent is required. The applicant must have successfully worked at the full-performance level in accounting, auditing, or a related field, the ability to make decisions that produce high-quality results by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks.Ability to prepare and use computer generated spreadsheets to clearly present, analyze and evaluate financial data.Ability to apply generally accepted statistical sampling and auditing techniques and requirements to identify and resolve financial and/or auditing issues.Ability to research and compile statistical data. Have a good communication skills.
