| Job Duties: | Manages and directs operations and services related to golf course industry. Organize guidelines and procedures pertaining to reservations for local & foreign tourist customers. Coordinate plans and sales in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and principles established by Japan main office. Responsible for preparing contracts, establishing contract negotiations and executing agreements in behalf of the company. Direct and manage company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and to increase efficiency. Review company’s sales activities to ensure cost calculations, bookings, and transportation schedule shall meet proper regulations and guidelines. Review financial statements, sales, activity report, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas requiring cost reduction and program improvements. Reconcile sales slips and cash daily. Plans and recommends budget to top management or to other executives of the company. Responsible for planning operations and implementing company policies and regulations for the employees. Trains employee in delivering proper services to customers. Manage and direct staff for their daily work activities, prepare work schedule and assign specific duties. Determine staffing requirement, schedule interviews for applicants, hire and train new employees, or review and approve personnel processing requirements. Responsible for administering daily operations, directing maintenance operations and providing full supervision to all staffs for customer’s satisfactions. Has the ability to communicate fluently in the Japanese language with proficiency in both oral and written. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College graduate preferred. Must be proficient in Japanese language (both oral & written critical). At least two (2) years experience as a General Manager and experience as general manager in the golf course business preferred. Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft excel and word processor applications is required.
