| Job Duties: | Manage food & beverage staff by training, assigning, scheduling, and supervising performance for all food and beverage services include banquet catering, bar and grill, dining restaurant, outside beverage cart, control cost of all food and beverage outlets and by overseeing the purchasing of food and maintain edffective inventory and shortage controls, work with chef to develop an annual food and beverage plan and budget. Ensure successful operation of special events, banquets, rentals. Maintain customer satisfaction and productivity by handling customer inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions. Develop new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business, protect the company staff, customer by adhering to all safety, sanitary, food preparation, food storage and alcohol beverage control policies. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Other duties as assigned. |
