| Job Duties: | Track and maintain computer and physical records of large number of real properties (developed and underdeveloped) around the world. Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes and incurred operating expenses. Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties. Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of commercial, industrial or residential properties. Maintain records of sales, rental or usage acitivity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs or property availability. Prepair detailed budget and financial reports for properties. Analyze insurance policies. Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas. Investigate complaints, distubances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations. Negotiate the sale, lease, or development of property and complete or review appropriate documents and forms. Coordinate and direct on-site managers and contractors. Coordinate company health insurance matters. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be a college graduate, strong Accounting knowledge preferred. Certification for a minimum of 2 years experience doing similar work with similar properties upon interview. Police Clearance required upon interview. Must have own transportation to and from work of place.
