| Job Duties: | Cleaning (9) units of condominiums owned and leased by Bridge Capital, LLC. Cleaning the office, washing and polishing company cars, washing and ironing clothes. Service, clean and supply restrooms. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications. Clean building floors and entry ways by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees, chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor condominium security and safety by performing such tasks as making sure the doors are locked and checking electrical appliances ensuring that hazards are not created. Gather and empty trash. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Sew and/or repair torn clothes, blankets, sheets and curtains. |
