| Job Duties: | Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. Examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with laws and regulations. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Confer with company officials about financial and regulatory matters. Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns. Examines accounts and records and compute taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws and regulations using computer. Advises management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability. Ensures that establishment complies with periodic tax payments, information reporting and other taxing authority requirements. Represents principal before taxing bodies. Devise, install and maintain tax record systems. May specialize in various aspects of tax accounting, such as tax laws applied to particular industry, individual, fiduciary, or partnership income tax preparation and other related duties. Develop and implement a paperless record retention system for the Company's accounting and finance records. Coordinate with the Company's external audit firm and produce all requested information, schedules and materials. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Certification for a minimum of 2 years experience. Police Clearance required upon interview. Must be a US CPA. Must have own transportation to and from work place.
