| Job Duties: | Translates approximate or exact message of Japanese/Korean speaker into specified language (English).Translates responses from English speaker to Japanese/Korean listener, and from Japanese/Korean speaker to English listener.Translates written material in English into Japanese/Korean and Japanese/Korean into English, according to established rules of grammar. Staff scheduling and supervision under the direction from the management. Keeps managers informed of any staff or shop related issues. Assists and administers daily work assignments. Participates in inventories and inventory control. Demonstrates excellence in customer service. Ensures that all customers feels welcomed and looked after during their shopping experience.Assists Sales Associates with the selling, selection and purchasing of merchandise to Japanese customers.
