| Job Duties: | Manage in meeting people and handling cash work experience in the hospitality industry or in retail is a definite assets and exhibit good judgement in dealing with problem, emergency. Advise housekeeping which rooms have been vacated and are ready to for cleaning, keep an inventory of rooms reservation, respond to reservation inquiries and complete reservations process. Coordinate front-office activities of hotels, or resort. Participate in financial activities, establish budgets and allocate funds to department.Confers and cooperate with other managers to ensure coordination of hotel activities. Manage and maintain logdging activities. Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's and train staff members. * Greet and register guests. * Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints. * Assign duties to workers, and schedule shifts. * Coordinate front-office activities of hotels or motels, and resolve problems. * Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments. * Confer and cooperate with other managers to ensure coordination of hotel activities. * Collect payments, and record data pertaining to funds and expenditures. * Manage and maintain temporary or permanent lodging facilities. * Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures. * Train staff members. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College degree with 2 years in hospitality and hotel/resort operation. Able to speak and write Korean language preferred.
