| Job Duties: | To manage & supervise overall operations and activities in Water Treatment Services, General Construction projects, Telecommunication Equipments, Equipment Repair & Maintenance, Water Treatment System (RO), Electrical Works, Air Conditioning Repair & Services, Pest Control Services, and Waste Water Treatment. Negotiate and prepare quotations for related equipment, discuss equipment specifications and obtain technical information and support with Japan vendors for the maintenance and repairs of clients’ generators, reverse osmosis units, & telephone key systems. Review and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with supervisory personnel to obtain data of business activities. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost reduction and service improvement. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: University graduate. Must have two years experience in fields listed above. Position requires the ability to speak, read and write Japanese language preferred. Must have and maintain a Certification for Applicator of Restricted Pesticides, Water Operator Level II license, Water distribution Operator – Class I, and Refrigerant Technician Type I. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
