| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinates activities of a restaurant business to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operation and maximize profits. Plans develop and implement through subordinates organizational policies and goals. Directs and coordinates preparation of marketing promotion for the restaurant to develop new market, increase share market and to obtain competitive position in the industry. Report to the management on a regular basis the financial aspects of business and its operations. Must be able to understand report on financial statements, able to interpret, analyze and make recommendations to increase revenues, in case of expansion, sufficient knowledge of required taxes in the CNMI. Able to recommend products or service saleable to food customer, highly experience in determining and adhering to safety measure inside and outside premises of the restaurant business. Computer literate and have knowledge of several Microsoft programs. Must be fluent in English and Japanese language and have effective communication, knowledgeable in many aspects of business organization. Understand and communicate well with customer, and willing to work on a flexible days and time including holiday and weekends. Other related duties as assigned. |
