Job Duties: Er preference: Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting of forecast project projected statements. Prepare quarterly and annualy budget and forecasting activities and projected expenses of the project for the accuracy. And develop more efficient new procedures for implementation and features to enhance the workflow of the company. Handle of personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism and performance issues. Do monthly projected expenses per project and submitted to the corporate officer, and discussed new strategy and establish goals and objectives for each existing projects. Do the(local/Fed)taxes, and other liability of the company..Do payroll, deposit and cashflow for the company.Monthly billing for each vendors, especially account receivables,accounts payables, and other firm-wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests. Onet: * Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. * Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. * Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. * Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. * Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. * Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. * Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans. * Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. * Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals. * Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

Qualification Requirements: ER. Preference: BS/ in Business with an emaphasis in Accounting. 2-4 years prior experience and a thorough understanding of financial reporting including budget preparation and general ledger structure. Must be computer literate and must have strong experience with accounting system like MS Excel/Word, Peachtree advance. Must be able to thrive in fast-pace setting. Ability to multi-task, work under prssure and meet required deadlines. Must be complete four years of college graduate and work several years in accounting to be considered qualified.Onet: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Education Most of these occupations require a four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not.
