| Job Duties: | Checks and records daily, weekly and monthly sales transactions. Monitors bank transaction, prepare deposit transaction, reconcile credit card sales with the bank. Records and monitors accounts payable. Prepares and records check disbursement. Records and monitors accounts receivable and follow up customers. Monitor loans payable and fleet inventory. Prepares payroll and other related accounting reports as per required by the manager. Prepares quarterly tax, annual reports and other reports to government agencies. Monitor supplies and do other jobs as per assigned by the manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, four (4) years experienced, knowledgeable and well-versed with accounting software especially QuickBooks w/ two years actual hands on. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer software. Detailed oriented with organizational skills. Must be flexible and can work with minimum supervision. Must possess a good character. O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, an accountant must complete four years of college and work for several years in accounting to be considered qualified.
