| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of gambling dealers and other workers engaged in providing gambling activities. Directly monitors activities of dealers and players. Ensures total compliance of gaming floor operation with Gaming Commission regulations and Internal Controls and Procedures. Supervises floor staff to ensure that employees render prompt and courteous service to patron. Arranges and oversees all casino floor staff. Responsible for the efficient and tight controls of junket activities. Observes patrons and employees participating in gambling activities to detect infractions of house rules. Watches participants in games such as dice or cards to detect cheating, identifying rule violators, and observe persons designated by superior. Performs other related duties as may be assigned. |
