Job Duties: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Keeps premises of office building in clean and orderly condition ; Cleans and polishes lighting and fixtures, marble surfaces. Cut and trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. May deliver messages. May transport small equipments or tools between departments. May set-up tables and chair in conference and training rooms or any other company functions. Reports any problem to respective staff/department managers and the HRAD manager. Performs miscellaneous services, as required. Performs other related duties as assigned or as required.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must have valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must have own vehicle. Must be able to work a flexible schedule or evenings. Must have knowledge in HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. Managing one's own time and the time of others. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
