| Job Duties: | Compiles records of amount, kind, and condition of cargo loaded on or unloaded from ship or aircraft. Verifies amount of cargo against lists compiled from bills of lading or shipping manifests. Records condition of damaged cargo unloaded. Performs cargo pick-up and delivery services cargoes as required, ensuring that cargoes/documents reach intended location in good condition and on a timely manner. Performs cargo count and/or inspection procedures with reference to applicable documents/checklists to ensure correct quantity and condition of cargoes being received. Signs on applicable documents to acknowledge receipt, as applicable. Receives payments from cash customers, as applicable and promptly remits collections to the Airfreight Supervisor/Coordinator. Submits related documents to the Airfreight Cargo Operations Supervisor upon performance of cargo pick-up/delivery activities. Performs carton labeling and cargo processing, as required. Prepares pick-up/delivery peripherals such as pallets/crates, as needed. Performs de-vanning, cargo build-up and loading for delivery to intended location, as needed. Tenders air outbound cargo to carrier/agents, as applicable. Stacks cargoes into appropriate/assigned warehouse location, as required. Reports any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of cargoes to the Airfreight Cargo Operations Supervisor at any stage of the job, such as receiving, storing, or issuance/delivery. Provides support in the observance of cleanliness of facility and transportation equipment being used on a daily basis. Performs daily vehicle checks, as required. Prepares reports as required. Deliver documents, packages, parcels and other items to business establishments and private homes, traveling on motorcycle, automobile or public conveyance. May keep log of items received or delivered. May obtain receipts or payments for articles delivered. Oversees day-to-day courier operations. Performs necessary documentation and liaises with Customs/Quarantine offices for clearing. Ensures completeness and accuracy of documents cleared. Monitors shipments that may need special assistance particularly in the requirements at destination. Coordinates with Guam Station for any additional assistance and services, i.e. tracing of packages. Prepares and submits Sales Reports to Finance Department. Prepares and submits monthly reports to Airfreight Manager. Inputs/encodes data into the Courier/FedEx systems. Monitors status of courier shipments, and performs appropriate action as required. Attends to Customer inquiries, complaints and claims. Performs pick-up and/or deliveries as required. Communicates daily overage/shortage report to Guam. Accomplishes reporting requirements. Performs other related duties as required or assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Preferably at least high school graduate. At least one (01) year experience in airfreight/ related business. Knowledge in airfreight forwarding/ logistics business an advantage. Must have training in HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods. Must a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a drug test. Computer literate Good oral and written communication skills Good inter-personal skills Licensed to drive Able to operate cargo-related equipment (e.g. forklift, etc.) Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. O-Net: Title Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Overall Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience may be helpful in these occupations, but usually is not needed. For example, a teller might benefit from experience working directly with the public, but an inexperienced person could still learn to be a teller with little difficulty.
