Job Duties: Help installation, maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts replacement, and repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical and electronic equipment. Perform duties, such as furnishing tools, materials, and supplies to other workers; cleaning work area, machines, and tools; and holding materials or tools for other workersTend and observe equipment and machinery in order to verify efficient and safe operation. Examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects, and to ensure proper functioning. Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand tools or power tools. Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments, using hand tools or power tools. Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. Apply protective materials to equipment, components, and parts in order to prevent defects and corrosion. Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. Disassemble broken or defective equipment in order to facilitate repair; reassemble equipment when repairs are complete. Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand tools or power tools. Provide assistance to more skilled workers involved in the adjustment, maintenance, part replacement, and repair of tools, equipment, and machines. Coordinates change of maintenance schedules with production. Reviews water meter sampling and water meter reading and correct any problem that may arise. Oversees Solid waste and water diposal and prepares monthly report of costs. Helps repair and install sewer and water pipelines including deep well pumps and sewer pimps. Acts on problems encountered witht he sewer lines. Provides assistance to the cafeteria for their drinking water needs and attends to probilems arising from the Osmosis system. Ensures the daily backwashing and regeneraion fo the Reverse Osmosis System. Coordinates requests for other janitorial services. Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Qualification Requirements: Must have at least 1 year experience. Must be able to pass a Driver's Medical Certificate. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have training in Hazardous Materials and dangerous Goods. Must have time management skills. Must be able to work under pressure upon the demands of the business.Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
