| Job Duties: | Manage a variety of special projects for the president including, but limited to;Organizing to:for various meetings and property inspections,Act as secretary and, translator and interpreter for the president at various meetings.Act as liaison for the General Manager in interpreting policies and regulations to the Hotel department managers. Write Financial Reports in Japanese language for the president. Act as liaison between lawyer and the president to help the president to make company decision. Oversee Legal Compliance and report to the President Work independently as part of the development team of special nonrecurring and ongoing projects, which many include planning coordination of presentations, dissemination of information, and analyzing financial statistics for budgetary purposes. Management Planning with the General Manager including the development of operating mechanisms and organization, sales and marketing plans and strategies. Assist the General Manager and Comptroller to formulate the company annual budget for head office review and approval.Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operations of standard office equipment and computer software application such as word, outlook, excel, power points, share point, etc. Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the Japanese and English languages. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be highly discreet. The ability to maintain confidentiality of Company's trade secrets, and/or information, is essential in this position. Must have strong cultural understanding of Japanese company. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Four years college degree plus at least 7 years working experience in corporate management at Japanese company. Preferred Jurist doctors' degree. O-Net: Title Job Zone Five: Extensive Preparation Needed Overall Experience Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations.
