Job Duties: Maintain grounds of property. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and structures such as buildings. Review water meter sampling and water metering and correct any problem that may arise. Oversee solid waste and waste water disposal and prepare monthly report of costs. Help repair and install sewer and water pipelines including deepwell pumps and sewer pumps. Act on problems encountered with the sewer lines. Attend to problems arising from the reverse osmosis system. Ensure the daily backwashing and regeneration of the reverse osmosis system. Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate or equivalent or training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. One year work experience. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the repair of houses, buildings, or other structures. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles. O-Net: Title Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Overall Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience may be helpful in these occupations, but usually is not needed. For example, a teller might benefit from experience working directly with the public, but an inexperienced person could still learn to be a teller with little difficulty.
