Job Duties: The parties hereto agree that the Employee shall be employed as SYSTEMS ANALYST/ PROGRAMMER and shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: Converts data from project and statements of problems and procedures. To Create or modify computer programs. Analyzes workflow chart and diagram, applying knowledge of computer capabilities , subject matter and symbolic logic . Analyzes reviews and rewrites programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt program to new requirements. Coordinates with Corporate IT regarding local IT undertaking to ensure that tasks are properly synchronized with other stations, if needed. Evaluates and assesses hardware and software requirements, and comes up with appropriate and cost-effective recommendations. Diagnoses IT problems ranging from printer problem, network problem, e-mail problems down to software consultation. Prepares back up and maintains software and database for house keeping control. Analyzes operating needs for automation. Creates scheme and design for data base platform. Implements computer systems by way of user training and orientation and or transfer of technology. Coordinates with Corporate IT regarding the status of specific project deliverables. Recommends necessary ideas and suggestions for systems enhancements. Reports bugs and errors of the systems. Performs valids requests by end-users regarding the systems. Provides Technical Support and Consultations on IT related concerns. Performs other related duties as required or assigned.Analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. May supervise computer programmers. Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Use object-oriented programming languages, as well as client and server applications development processes and multimedia and Internet technology. Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address. Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system. Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: At least 2-4 yrs experience. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.Actively looking for ways to help people. The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
