| Job Duties: | Conduct Sunday religious service; conduct Bible Study; Counsel individuals regarding interpersonal, health, financial, and religious problems; Train and supervise religious education instructional staff; Develop and direct study courses and religious education programs within congregations; Analyze member participation and changes in congregation emphasis to determine needs for religious education; Collaborate with other ministry members to establish goals and objectives for religious education programs, and to develop ways to encourage program participation; Confer with clergy members, congregation officials, and congregation organizations to encourage support of and participation in religious education activities; Schedule special events such as camps, conferences, meetings, seminars, and retreats; Select appropriate curricula and class structures for educational programs; Manage Marianas Baptist Academy; Identify and recruit potential volunteer workers; Implement program plans by ordering needed materials, scheduling speakers, reserving space, and handling other administrative details; other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Applicant must posses a Certificate of Ordination and be ordained to the work of Gospel Ministry by Marianas Baptist Church; must have completed a course in the study of Bible Doctrine; applicant must also have extensive experience in managing secondary Christian school. Applicant must also posses knowledge in the following fields: Administration & Management; Education & Training. Secondary Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Management & Industrial Engineering O-Net: Title Job Zone Five: Extensive Preparation Needed Overall Experience Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations. Many require more than five years of experience. For example, surgeons must complete four years of college and an additional five to seven years of specialized medical training to be able to do their job.
