Job Duties: Responsible for the operations of the restaurant including supervision of staff. Coordinates the activities of all personnel involved in the set-up & services. Supervise the staff in the dining area w/ such tasks as table settings, guest settings, menus preparation, order takings, guests' servings, restaurant arrangement, materials & supplies preparations, clearings & food storages. Assign responsibilities to personnel, work shift schedules for workers & observe performance to establish smooth operating procedures. Check the menu of the day, inspect kitchen, dining area, outside grounds,reservation rooms for cleanliness in appearance. Prepare advertisement campaign both of the restaurant to attract customers, shall present written & oral report of restaurant operation to the General Manager. Recommends ideas to improve the standards of service, increase sales of restaurant or reduce operating costs. Enforces all rules & regulations, may hire & review applicant or terminate employees & other related duties as required or as assgned.
