| Job Duties: | The Kid’s Club Supervisor responsibilities include Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the services of the Kid’s Club program. He/She exercises independent judgment and decision-making authority as delegated including procedures, staffing, program, and staff supervision. Under general supervision of the Sports/Kid’s Club Manager and SEA Director. Responsibilities include the overall supervision of the facility’s program and day-to-day operations. Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/FA/AED certifications. Develop and implement program operation policies and activities as required. Oversee daily operations of the program and the staff to ensure policies and procedures is adhered to. Train and coach staff on fulfilling the program needs and standards. Facilitate periodic training sessions to motivate new ideas and ensure staff is up to par as far as childcare instruction. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Korean, Japanese or Russian language abilities preferred. Two years Sports Instructor/Clubmate experience required. Ability to lead individual and group activities. Ability to windsurf, play tennis, and teach archery a plus. Two years supervisory experience (SEA or similar) required. Ability to fulfill all responsibilities of Clubmate position. O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, an accountant must complete four years of college and work for several years in accounting to be considered qualified.
