| Job Duties: | supervise food service activities, take charge of accepting restaurant reservations & orders; estimates food & beverages costs & requisitions or purchase supplies, confers with food preparations & other personnel to plan menus & related activities of dining room & reservation operations. Inspect dining area, reservations rooms, outside grounds for cleanliness in appearance. Responsible for the supervision of staff in the dining room with such tasks as table settings, guest setting, menu preparations, order taking, guest serving, restaurant arrangement, materials & supplies preparations. May hire or terminate employees, shall present written & oral report of restaurant daily operations, investigates & resolves food quality & service complaints and other related duties as required or as assigned. |
