| Job Duties: | •Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in completing the job duties and responsibilities listed below: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food, beverage, and service quality. • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. • Monitor food and beverage preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and its presentation to ensure that it is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. • Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. • Conduct traning for all personnel. • Create schedules, assign duties and supervise all personnel. • Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance. • Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. • Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation, and food subsidies when appropriate. • Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be Well experienced and knowledgeable about espresso machine regarding calibrations, adjustments, maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, every 6 months and yearly), operation and Must be Well experienced and knowledgeable about how to make real specialty espresso beverages and expert in training staff anything about espresso.
