| Job Duties: | Operate. test and repair commercial generation system. Operate, test and repair remote panel control synchronizing and transfer switches for commercial generation system. Install, operate, service, repair and maintain electrical systems. Operate, test, maintain and repair commercial eletric motors, controls and generators, and fire safety systems. Assist in preparation of material/parts list, estimates of material and labor. Assist in coordinating work with contractors and local and federal inspectors. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Inspect drives, motors and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions following checklists. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs as necessary. Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Perform other duties as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Minimum of two (2) years as Maintenance Supervisor. Team player. Available for shift English proficient.
