| Job Duties: | REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION: To achieve the company's business objectives in managing and directing all demand generating and trade sales activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Plans, manages and control activities related to demand creation at the least cost. Formulates, recommends and implements marketing directions. Monitors and evaluates marketing program effectiveness, Business Building Process, on a regular basis. Establishes product focus and matrix for various customers. Ensures product starter stocking and display. Manages promotional expenses that generate maximum results. 2. Purchases all company’s merchandise. Manages account receivables and credit issues of account. 3. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors and formulates action steps to establish leadership. Coordinates with Sales Representatives on matters such as stock availability and trends in the trade. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Ensures sales objective achievement on accounts. 4. Manages receiving of shipments, stock inventory, processing and schedules delivery of orders. 5. Manages booking of off-island shipments with freight forwarders. 6. Manages, organizes and controls activities to establish professional business partnership with customers at the least cost. Implements activities that establishes and sustains business franchise. |

| Qualification Requirements: | QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At least 2 years solid experience in Operations Management. Good working knowledge in the areas of Consumer and/or Pharmaceutical sales. SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective communication and human relations skills are important in dealing with various internal and external parties. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS: Must be an expert in Peachtree Accounting software. Should have basic computer skills and be able to effectively use the company’s inventory and order entry software, word processing software, and spreadsheet software. LATITUDE: Decisions and judgment will be both individual and consultative. This Operations Manager will be working alone and expected to provide leadership in the everyday operations of the business.
