Job Duties: Will perform duties under the direction of maintenance manager. Assumes maintenance and repairs of the ff: Power and water supply system,air conditioning system,fire/gas alarm system,swimming pool. May perform all levels of complex repair and preventive maintenace on mechanical,electrical systems,carpentry works to hotel building and structures. Initiate repair statements,work orders,parts requisitions,inventory forms,etc. Recommend new or revised operations to improve equipment repair of mechanical/electrical system,performance and quality. Engaged in construction and maintenance of structure and facilities,such as roads,pipelines or power plants,water/sewer systems,waste disposal units. May perform technical research and utilize computers as aids in developing solution to engineering problems.Check and supervise condition of all generators. May perform all other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Applicants must be high school graduate and or Associate Degree graduates. Must have at least two years work experience as maintenance engineer. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
