| Job Duties: | *Lead the freight forwarding & logistics activities in effort to optimize operational efficiencies in coordination with all the departments. *Monitor and analyzes cost and prepare operational budgets for both air and ocean freight shipments to maintain acceptable profit margin. *Ensure that smooth operations and logistics function is geared to provide on time pick up and delivery of products and exceed service level. *Ensure continuous improvement by way of implementing best practices in logistics, warehousing and inventory management. *Ensure adherence to all safety and security policy procedures. *Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate all employees. *Assigns work to all staff and sets deadline to ensure timely completion of work as required. *Evaluate procedure and practices to ensure efficiency and economy. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: *Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspect of international freight forwarding and logistics management. *Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record of success. *Should have prior experience in leading international freight forwarding and logistics firms. *Required strong knowledge and understanding in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. *Must have extensive knowledge in documentation and handling of Hazardous Materials. *Good knowledge in air / sea freight related procedure and documentation. *Must have degree in business management or Engineering. *Must willing to work during week ends and holidays.
