Job Title: Assistant Reservation Supervisor
Job Duties: Assist in supervision of the Inbound Hotel Reservations team by providing support and information to staff, as well as monitoring daily work load and ensuring that all bookings shown in daily inactivity reports are actioned and confirmed by the end of the day. Regularly checking central e-mails and distributing tasks accordingly to staff. Ensuring all emails are replied to in a timely manner and appropriately. Checking daily work load and monitor work pace of staff. Checking central help desk regularly and take action as needed. Checking prepayment forms for assigned area. Performing hotel reservation functions restricted to non-supervisors. Ensuring proper follow-ups on all help desks and assist team as needed. Creating dummy bookings to hold space for black-outs and monitor related cancellations. Covering in-trays if needed in the absence of staff or during busy periods. Checking and respond to central voice-mail daily. Assisting team with queries and questions. Running Inactivity reports, booking history reports, and confirmation report. Keeping Inbound Hotel Reservations Manager up-to-date with daily activities of team.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent plus at least two (2) years experience.
